WOLF Nondiscrimination Policy

This Nondiscrimination Policy outlines our commitment to providing equal opportunities to all employees, volunteers, clients, customers, and visitors, and prohibiting discrimination, harassment, or retaliation based on various protected characteristics.

  2. Scope This policy applies to all aspects of employment, including recruitment, hiring, training, promotion, compensation, benefits, and termination, as well as interactions with clients, customers, and visitors.

  4. Harassment-Free Environment WOLF is committed to providing a workplace and environment free from any form of unlawful harassment. Harassment, whether verbal, physical, or visual, based on any protected characteristic, is strictly prohibited and will not be tolerated.

  5. Retaliation Prohibited. WOLF prohibits any form of retaliation against individuals who report discrimination, harassment, or participate in an investigation related to such complaints. Retaliation against anyone making a good faith complaint will result in appropriate disciplinary action, up to and including termination.

Reporting Procedures Employees, volunteers, clients, customers, and visitors who believe they have been subjected to discrimination or harassment or who have witnessed such behavior are encouraged to report it promptly to their supervisor, manager, Human Resources. Reports can be made verbally or in writing, and will be handled confidentially to the extent possible while conducting a thorough and impartial investigation.

  8. Investigation and Resolution WOLF will promptly investigate all complaints of discrimination, harassment, or retaliation. Appropriate corrective action will be taken if violations of this policy are substantiated.

  9. Compliance WOLF is committed to complying with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations regarding nondiscrimination and equal employment opportunity.

  10. Review and Revision This Nondiscrimination Policy will be reviewed periodically and updated as needed to ensure its continued effectiveness and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
